While hunting down men’s hair at the fair, I stumbled upon a very strange sight. In one of the vendor spots on each sim lay hundreds of bandanas for sale, from a dozen different designers such as DamselFly, Hobo Island, Something Different, and many more. They were surprisingly cheap too, only $50 each. But why is this such a big deal? Just follow the fold to find out!
But what is this all about? The goal is simple… to raise awareness of those who do not have hair due to chemotherapy treatments. On September Seventh, we are urged to take off our prim hair and don these bandanas to show support for those whom have to wear bandanas every day. This event started as a simple event in Australia, where friends of those who are undergoing Chemotherapy treatments donned bandanas to show solidarity.
